Sapphire Tower — Ramat Gan

The Tidhar, Rogovin, and Aviv real estate companies will jointly construct an additional office building in the Ramat Gan Diamond Exchange district. The 50-story tower will be constructed on around 7 dunams (1.7 acres) of land, comprising the last large land reserve at the site. The land is situated in the heart of the district.
