Beit Hana’ara Site — Hod Hasharon
The company has joined with the Tel Aviv municipality to begin a construction project at the Beit Hana’ara site in Hod Hasharon. The company intends to build a residential neighborhood, in a garden-roof style surrounded by a green park, which will preserve the region’s rustic character. The program includes conservation of the historic structure there.
Tel Litvinsky Site — Tel Hashomer
A privately owned 120-dunam (30-acre) group of pieces of land. The company is signing combination agreements with most of the private owners with the goal of constructing around 900 residential units on the site in 12-14 story buildings.
